These listings are provided solely as a convenience to owners and residents and do not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, warranty, or guarantee of any contractor or the services provided.

All arrangements for services are made directly between the owner or resident and the contractor. The Condominium Corporation and its Property Management Company are not parties to these arrangements and assume no responsibility or liability for:

• The quality, suitability, timeliness, or completion of any work performed.
• Any damages, losses, injuries, or additional costs arising from the contractor’s services.
• The contractor’s licensing, qualifications, insurance coverage, or compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Any disputes concerning pricing, payment, workmanship, warranties, or contractual obligations.

Owners and residents are responsible for independently verifying a contractor’s qualifications, licensing, insurance, and suitability before engaging their services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Condominium Corporation and its Property Management Company disclaim liability arising from an owner’s or resident’s selection or use of any listed contractor.

Any work affecting the common elements or building systems remains subject to the Condominium Corporation’s governing documents and applicable approval requirements.
